This website is operated by ThermaCove. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to ThermaCove. By visiting our site and/ or purchasing a product from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms").
1. Store Eligibility & Age Requirements
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country or province of residence, and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
2. Products, Pricing & Accuracy
* All descriptions of products and product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.
* All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP £) and include applicable taxes where appropriate.
* We make every effort to display the colors, wood grain, and finish of our sauna cabins as accurately as possible. However, timber is a natural material; minor variations in grain, color tone, and natural wood knots are inherent and do not constitute manufacturing defects.
3. Payment Processing via Shopify Payments
We accept secure payment methods powered exclusively by Shopify Payments, including major debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro) and express payment gateways supported by Shopify. Your payment details are fully encrypted and processed in compliance with PCI-DSS standards. Full payment must be authorized prior to order dispatch.
4. Assembly & Professional Electrical Installation
* Flat-Pack Assembly: Our saunas are supplied as flat-pack units intended for self-assembly or professional installation.
* Electrical Work: For electric heater models, wiring must be performed by a fully qualified, registered UK electrician in accordance with local building and electrical regulations. ThermaCove accepts no responsibility for damages, personal injuries, or component failures resulting from unauthorized electrical work or improper assembly.
5. Limitation of Liability
ThermaCove, our directors, officers, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind resulting from your use of any of our products or services.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
