* We currently do not offer delivery to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, or international addresses outside the UK.

* Standard Delivery Fee: FREE on all orders across the UK Kingdom.

Order Processing & Delivery Times
All delivery estimates are calculated using business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays).

* Handling / Processing Time: 1 – 2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Freight & Kerbside Delivery Notice
Due to the substantial weight, bulk, and dimensions of our sauna cabins, all deliveries are dispatched via specialized freight carriers and are strictly performed as Kerbside Delivery.

1. Delivery Point: The freight driver will deliver the palletized, flat-packed shipment to the nearest accessible paved point to your property (e.g., driveway, kerbside, or accessible garage entrance).
2. Offloading: The driver is equipped to offload the pallet from the truck. However, drivers are legally restricted from moving shipment items inside your home, back garden, or outdoor assembly space.
3. Customer Requirement: We strongly advise having at least two capable adults present on the scheduled delivery day to inspect and move the flat-pack components from the kerbside to your desired assembly area.

Order Tracking
Once your order is processed and collected by our freight partner, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing a tracking link and freight carrier details. You will be able to track the step-by-step progress of your shipment online.

Delivery Inspections & Damages
We urge you to carefully inspect the external packaging and crate upon arrival before signing the carrier’s proof of delivery.

* If you observe visible box damage, tears, or structural breakdown, please ask the driver to record "Damaged upon arrival" on the delivery receipt, or refuse the shipment.
* Please report any shipping-related damages to us within 48 hours at Support@thermacove.shop with photos of the damaged packaging and components so we can dispatch replacement parts immediately.

Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at Support@thermacove.shop. If your order has not yet been processed or handed over to our freight carrier, we will cancel it and issue a full refund immediately. If the item has already shipped, our standard 30-Day Return Policy will apply.

To qualify for a valid return:
* The sauna must be unused, unassembled, and in its original, brand-new condition.
* The product must be returned in its original freight packaging/pallets, complete with all hardware, accessories, instructional manuals, and components.
* You must provide proof of purchase (order number, sales receipt, or confirmation email).

Returns Due to Change of Mind (Customer Preference)
* If you decide to return your sauna simply because you changed your mind or no longer require it, you may do so within the 30-day window.
* Return Shipping Costs: For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for arranging and covering the full freight shipping costs required to transport the heavy shipment back to our designated UK warehouse.
* We recommend using a trackable, insured freight service, as ThermaCove cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost during return transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your sauna arrives damaged, missing components, or defective due to manufacturing issues:
1. Contact us within 48 hours of receipt at Support@thermacove.shop with your order number, a clear description of the defect, and photos/videos.
2. ThermaCove will review your claim immediately and provide a replacement part, full product exchange, or arrange a free carrier collection at zero cost to you.

Refund Processing & Timelines
* Inspection: Once your returned shipment reaches our UK warehouse, our quality inspection team will evaluate the product within 2–3 business days.
* Approval Notification: We will send you an email informing you whether your return has been approved or rejected based on the product’s condition.
* Refund Method: Upon approval, your full refund will automatically be credited back to your original payment method via Shopify Payments.
* Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving and approving the return. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require an additional 2–5 business days to post the funds to your account statement.
